Liza Chong
Liza Chong is program director HRM, lecturer, consultant, and a coach. She holds a master's degree in psychology, and her field of interest for her doctoral dissertation is in organizational behavior. She has been lecturing at University of Curaçao, formerly University of The Netherlands Antilles, for over 27 years. The subjects of teaching include: statistics, research methods, social psychology, organizational behavior, and human resource management.
In the last 10 years she has been in charge as program director of human resource management (and communication). Her research interest is on the area of the “human side of the organization, community, and country.”
